The NLC is calling on ALL leaseholders to join the ‘Mass Email Event’ as a sign of solidarity.
As MP’s return to Parliament following Xmas recess we want to ensure leasehold is on the top of their agenda…… at the top of their email inboxes.
It’s important we do this on the same day at the same time for maximum impact. That day is the first day back in the New Year.
MONDAY 5TH JANUARY 2026 – 9AM
The government failed to publish the Leasehold & Commonhold Draft Bill before they broke up for Christmas leaving us in Leasehold Limbo.
The aim of the event is to deliver a clear message to Government that leaving us in the dark over Christmas was totally unacceptable and we demand urgent action now they are back.
As a member of the NLC we would like as many leaseholders as possible to join in with the ‘Mass Email Event’ AT THE SAME TIME ON THE SAME DAY.
Monday 5th January at 9AM.

Prepare your email but DO NOT SEND UNTIL MONDAY 5th JANUARY AT 9am.
