THIS IS THE FINAL CHANCE TO COMPLETE THE MENTAL HEALTH SURVEY. The National Leasehold Campaign alongside Silence Of Suicide have extended the Mental Health Survey until Monday 24th February. It’s important we capture the human impact Leasehold is having on mental health and well-being. So many leaseholders report feeling anxious, worried, stressed, depressed, trapped, isolated and exhausted by the situation they are in. You are not alone. It is important to let this new government know that NOTHING has change yet and we remain trapped. A1: Yes If you do, please explain: The NLC supports the ban on new leasehold houses but is concerned by the softening of language, introduction of proposed exemptions and the proposed cap on ground rents of £10.
