Today the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has formally launched an Investigation into potential breaches of consumer protection law in the leasehold housing market. This is a momentous day for leaseholders. The National Leasehold Campaign warmly welcomes today’s launch of the CMA investigation into the leasehold housing market.
